【摘要】:1.1.1ThisStandardcontainscompletegeneralanddimensionalrequirementsforMetricSeriesHexagonSocketFlatCountersunkHeadCapScrewsofnominalsizesfrom3mmto20mmrecognizedasAmericanNationalStandard.Alsoincludedareappendicescoveringformulasfordimensions,partnumberingsys~ternandpreferredsizesforgovernmentuse,andthreaddimensions.Theapplicationofthesescrewsislimitedbytheirdesignasnotedbelow.Thisproductisdesignedandrecommendedforapplicationswhereaflushseatingsocketheadscrewisdesired.Wrenchabilityislimitedbythesocketsizeandkeyengagement.Becauseoftheheadconfiguration,thisproductisnotrecommendedwheremaximumfatigueresistanceisrequired.1.1.2TheinclusionofdimensionaldatainthisStandardisnotintendedtoimplythatalloftheproductsdescribedarestockproductionsizes.Consumersshouldconsultwithmanufacturersconcerninglistsofstockproductionsizes.1.1.3ScrewspurchasedforgovernmentuseshallconformtothisStandardandtotherequirementsofAppendixII.
