【摘要】:Theevaporationlossisofparticularimportanceinenginelubrication.Wherehightemperaturesoccur,portionsofanoilcanevaporate.Evaporationmaycontributetooilconsumptioninanengineandcanleadtoachangeinthepropertiesofanoil.Manyenginemanufacturersspecifyamaximumallowableevaporationloss.Someenginemanufacturers,whenspecifyingamaximumallowableevaporationloss,quotethistestmethodalongwiththespecifications.ProcedureC,usingtheSelby-Noackapparatus,alsopermitscollectionofthevolatileoilvaporsfordeterminationoftheirphysicalandchemicalproperties.Elementalanalysisofthecollectedvolatilesmaybehelpfulinidentifyingcomponentssuchasphosphorous,whichhasbeenlinkedtoprematuredegradationoftheemissionsystemcatalyst.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthreeproceduresfordeterminingtheevaporationlossoflubricatingoils(particularlyengineoils).ProcedureAusestheNoackevaporativetesterequipment;ProcedureBusestheautomatednon-WoodsmetalNoackevaporativeapparatus;andProcedureCusesSelby-Noackvolatilitytestequipment.Thetestmethodrelatestoonesetofoperatingconditionsbutmaybereadilyadaptedtootherconditionswhenrequired.1.2NoackresultsdeterminedusingProceduresAandBshowconsistentdifferences.ProcedureAgivesslightlylowerresultsversusProcedureBonformulatedengineoils,whileProcedureAgiveshigherresultsversusProcedureBonbasestocks.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:TheobjectofthisInternationalStandardistodescribeameasurementmethodofdielectricpropertiesintheplanardirectionofdielectricplateatmicrowavefrequency.Thismethodiscalledacavityresonatormethod.Ithasbeencreatedinordertodevelopnewmaterialsandtodesignmicrowaveactiveandpassivedevicesforwhichstandardizationofmeasurementmethodsofmaterialpropertiesismoreandmoreimportant.Thismethodhasthefollowingcharacteristics:?therelativepermittivityε'andlosstangenttanδvaluesofadielectricplatesamplecanbemeasuredaccuratelyandnon-destructively;?temperaturedependenceofcomplexpermittivitycanbemeasured;?themeasurementaccuracyiswithin0,3%forε'andwithin5×10fortanδ;?fringingeffectiscorrectedusingcorrectionchartscalculatedonthebasisofrigorousanalysis.Thismethodisapplicableforthemeasurementsonthefollowingcondition:–frequency:2GHz<f<40GHz;–relativepermittivity:2<ε'<100;–losstangent:10<tanδ<10.
