【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesbyusingelectrochemicalgenerationofacalibrationcomponentandintroductionintoacomplementarygasflow.Byalterationofthegasfloworthechargepassedthroughthecellelectrolyte,itispossibletochangethecompositionofthegasmixture.Therelativeexpandeduncertaintyofthecalibrationgascontent,U,obtainedbymultiplyingtherelativecombinedstandarduncertaintiesbyacoveragefactor,k=2,isnotgreaterthan5%.ThemethoddescribedinthispartofISO6145isintendedtobeappliedtothepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesinthevolumefractionranges(0,1to250)x10-6.NOTE1Gasesthatcanbeproducedbyelectrochemicalgenerationareoxygen(O2),hydrogen(H2),hydrogencyanide(HCN),hydrogensulfide(H2S),chlorine(CI2),bromine(Br2),chlodnedioxide(CIO2),ammonia(NH3),nitricoxide(NO),nitrogen(N2),carbondioxide(CO2),phosphine(PH3),arsine(ASH3)andozone(03),NOTE2Themehtsofthemethodarethatastablecalibrationgasmixturecanbequicklypreparedwithinminutes.NOTE3Gasblendingsystemsbasedonelectrochemica[generationandthermalmassflowcontrollers,withthefacilityofcomputerizationandautomaticcontrol,arecommerciallyavailable.AnexampleisgiveninAnnexA
