【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1applieswiththefollowingadditions.Addition:Thisstandardgivesspecificrequirementsforpublicelectricitynetworkdistributionassemblies(PENDAs),whicharestationaryassembliesverifiedbyverificationtests,asdefinedinthisstandard.TheseASSEMBLIESareusedforthedistributionofelectricalenergyinthree-phasesystems(seeFigure101foratypicaldistributionnetwork).OpentypeASSEMBLIESarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Theobjectofthisstandardistostatethedefinitionsandtospecifytheserviceconditions,constructionrequirements,technicalcharacteristicsandtestsforPENDAs.Networkparametersmayrequiretestsathigherperformancelevels.NOTE1IfaPENDAisequippedwithadditionalequipment(forexamplemeters),insuchawaythatthemainfunctionischangedconsiderably,thenotherstandardsmayalsoapplyasagreedbetweenuserandmanufacturer(see8.5).NOTE2Wherelocalregulationsandpracticespermit,aPENDAaccordingtothisstandardmaybeusedinotherthanpublicnetworks.PENDAsaresuitableforinstallationinplaceswhereonlyskilledpersonshaveaccessfortheiruse,however,outdoortypesmaybeinstalledinsituationsthatareaccessibletoordinarypersons.
