【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsaremainlyintendedforrefereepurposesbutmaybeusedforqualitycontrolofsyntheticrubberproduction.Theymayalsobeusedinresearchanddevelopmentworkandforcomparisonofdifferentrubbersamplesinastandardformula.Thesetestmethodsmayalsobeusedtoobtainvaluesforcustomeracceptanceofrubber.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthestandardmaterials,testformulas,mixingprocedures,andtestmethodsfortheevaluationofemulsionpolybutadiene(EBR)andstyrene-butadienerubbers(SBR)includingtheemulsionpolybutadieneoilmasterbatchrubbers,SBRoilmasterbatches,andpartiallycrosslinkedandhighMooneyrubbers.1.2ThesetestmethodsarealsoapplicabletocertaintypesofsolutionSBRandsolutionSBRoilmasterbatchesthatareusedinapplicationsrequiringvulcanization.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
