【摘要】:Thetechniquesdescribedprovideindirectmeasurementofthicknessofsectionsofmaterialsnotexceedingtemperaturesof93x00B0;C(200x00B0;F).Measurementsaremadefromonesideoftheobject,withoutrequiringaccesstotherearsurface.Ultrasonicthicknessmeasurementsareusedextensivelyonbasicshapesandproductsofmanymaterials,onprecisionmachinedparts,andtodeterminewallthinninginprocessequipmentcausedbycorrosionanderosion.Recommendationsfordeterminingthecapabilitiesandlimitationsofultrasonicthicknessgagesforspecificapplicationscanbefoundinthecitedreferences.,1.1Thispracticeprovidesguidelinesformeasuringthethicknessofmaterialsusingthecontactpulse-echomethodattemperaturesnottoexceed93x00B0;C(200x00B0;F).1.2Thispracticeisapplicabletoanymaterialinwhichultrasonicwaveswillpropagateataconstantvelocitythroughoutthepart,andfromwhichbackreflectionscanbeobtainedandresolved.1.3Units8212;ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60216specifiestheexperimentalandcalculationproceduresforderivingthethermalendurancecharacteristics,temperatureindex(TI)andrelativethermalenduranceindex(RTE)ofamaterialusingthe“fixedtimeframemethod(FTFM)”.Inthisprotocol,theageingtakesplaceforasmallnumberoffixedtimes,usingtheappropriatenumberofageingtemperaturesthroughouteachtime,thepropertiesofthespecimensbeingmeasuredattheendoftherelevanttimeinterval.ThisdiffersfromtheprocedureofIEC60216-1,whereageingisconductedatasmallnumberoffixedtemperatures,propertymeasurementtakingplaceafterageingtimesdependentontheprogressofageing.Thediagnostictestsemployedinthefixedtimeframemethodarerestrictedtodestructivetests.Themethodhasnotasyetbeenappliedtonon-destructiveorprooftestprocedures.BoththeTIandtheRTEdeterminedaccordingtotheFTFMprotocolarederivedfromexperimentaldataobtainedinaccordancewiththeinstructionsofIEC60216-1andIEC60216-2asmodifiedinthisstandard.ThecalculationproceduresandstatisticaltestsaremodifiedfromthoseofIEC60216-3andIEC60216-5.
